Decision fatigue is the idea that after making many decisions throughout the day, our decision-making ability gradually worsens while our fatigue gradually increases. It can affect important work or home decisions or simple ones like what to have for dinner or which canna to add to your flowerbed.
Gardening and flowers are supposed to separate us from the hustle and bustle of the world, not add to it!
